  • Hunt Enrichment clubs begin Tuesday, September 24th!
    We had approximately 140 applications!

    Students received club enrollment verification Friday, September 20th.
    If your student's club desire was full, they have been placed on a waiting list in the event there are openings at a later date. The note sent today will show this.

  • Last Week of School! Here are a few reminders for the week of May 20-24, 2024 at Hunt Elementary:

    Monday, May 20:

    5th Grade Device Checkout in Library (throughout the morning)
    2nd and 3rd Grade Reading Reward Trip to Victoria, TX
    Band Directors to visit during 5th grade lunch period
    Magical Monday--Library Open until 7:00 p.m.

    Tuesday, May 21:

    Hunt Elementary Talent Show 12:45-2:50 p.m. This will be live streamed on the Cuero ISD YouTube Channel--tune in for a great show!

    Wednesday, May 22:

    EOY Awards Ceremonies in the Gym
    8:15-9:15 a.m. Grade 5
    9:45-10:45 a.m. Grade 2
    11:00-11:55 a.m. Grade 4
    12:30-1:30 p.m. Grade 3
    CHS Grad Walk

    Thursday, May 23: Last Day of School! Students dismiss at 12:30 p.m.

    Friday, May 24: NO SCHOOL! CHS Graduation at 7:30 p.m., Gobbler Stadium

  • Due to weather, Hunt Elementary Field Day is cancelled. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. We were hopeful the weather would cooperate. Our teachers and staff will make the best of the day for our students!

  • More than 50 projects were submitted for the 2024 STEM Fair Youth Impact project. These students developed many technology, science, and language arts skills and were awarded a certificate honoring the skills development. Congratulations to the blue ribbon winners listed below! These projects will be recognized at the awards day next week and the grand and reserve projects will be announced.

  • Thirty 4th grade Protect the Species, Save Our State STEM Fair projects were submitted for judging this year. Students developed so many skills through this cross-curricular project and received a certificate recognizing these skills. Congratulations to these 4th grade STEM Fair blue ribbon winners who scored 40 or more points on the project rubric. These projects will be recognized at the awards day next week and the grand and reserve champion projects will be announced.
