If you need assistance with your school-issued technology or school programs, please contact your teacher first. Your teacher can answer most questions on procedures.
However, you can request help at any time by emailing helpdesk@cueroisd.org. Please include a description of the problem and a contact name and phone number that we can reach you on. A member of the technology staff will reach out to you and help get your tech issues resolved.
Common Fixes to Common Problems
Chromebooks:
